Location to public transportation.

Rooms need to be more thoroughly cleaned. Found a few bug infestation around backboard table area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and professional. Free Wi-Fi with a strong signal. Inexpensive breakfast options. The location is excellent! Convenient to the Pudong financial district and the Metro.

This hotel is older and the room décor could stand to be updated.

Staffs were courteous, helpful, friendly and caring. The food was very good.

Very convenient location. The hotel is very close to the metro station. There are many attractions within close distance via the metro. Around the hotel, there are a few malls which is very important to our family with young kids. There are so many shops and interesting food places to choose from and our kids were just so excited.

Great location! There was a mall right across the street! The staff were super friendly! The breakfast buffet was great and right next to the lobby! The rooms were clean and the stay was great!

Our toilet’s flush system wasn’t too strong but it didn’t impact our stay.

Dust and AC was not working also we faced power cuts.

The room was in a different shape which was bit odd... apart there really isnt much to tell about. Breakfast had a good spread but one issue was language barrier. Very few could communicate in English but that really isnt an issue. The surroundings was amazing with many food joints.. it was raining & the concierge was too good to provide umbrellas whenever we were out.

For the Breakfast Of 100 RMB they charged 900 RMB as service charge. 100 RMB + 900 Service Charge?

The cozy experiences at the lobby. The staff were really good and helpful. There was a cafe and I stayed there to do some work and it was a comfortable experience. And the room is good.

It's just that we book for 3 people but booking.com sets the premier room for us which is for 2 people although the website says it's for 3 people. The staff had to move us to the lower grade room, the deluxe room which can add a rollover bed. The room was small in size and wearing out. If you're a muslim maybe it's hard as there is no bidet to wash your "equipment" after.

We only spent 10 hours there so didn't use many facilities. Good breakfast variety.

They incorrectly only gave us one free breakfast and difficult to communicate that we booked 1 king room with breakfast. We were made to sign a receipt paying for 1 breakfast. Fortunately finally reception agreed it was incorrect.

Location is ok, fine for one or two nights

The facilities need an upgrade.The king room was pretty old, shower not up to 2024 standards.Internet basically not working.Quality of Chinese breakfast could be improved

Very nice staff, especially my room keeper. She cared and concerned to our comfort stay. The location is good.Affordable price if compared to others in the same location.

Perfect location, plenty of small restaurants and food shops around, mainly for local people. Metro line 2 is 350m away so good place to start sightseeing Shanghai.Good wi-fi connection (free of charge).

Smell at level 6 corridor (not in a room), thin wall to the next room (had impression that someone walks in my room).Be prepared to have additional money blocked on your VISA (room rate + 500RMB per each day of stay applies).

Location is perfect and staff are really friendly and helpful.

The room needs a bit renovation as it is very old.
